Required Document List

1. First name, last name, business name, and contact phone numbers.
2. Passport or ID copy. In case the registration process is performed under a company name, a company registration certificate shall be provided instead of a passport or ID copy.
3. Address (anywhere in the world).
4. Local address in the same country as the ordered DID.
5. Address matching the DID area code.
6. Local address in the same city as the ordered DID.
7. Copy of a utility bill no older than 3 months.
8. A specific registration form needs to be filled in and signed by the end-user. You will be provided with the required form during the registration process.
9. Company registration certificate.
10. Email address.
11. ID copy.
12. Passport.
13. Passport/ID copy.
14. Name, date of birth, place of birth, gender, and nationality.
15. Photo of the applicant holding their passport/ID (opened to the identification page).

Additional Requirements

• a. Company (worldwide) registration certificate dated within the last 3 months, along with a passport or ID copy and 2 proofs of address (no older than 3 months), should be provided.
• b. A local passport or ID copy should be provided.
• c. If number registration is performed under a company name, a local company registration certificate should be provided (no older than 3 months).
• d. A detailed description of DID usage should be provided.
• e. Passport or ID copy: a South African national identity document; South African biometric national identity card; passport (issued by any country).
• f. This number type cannot be registered with personal details.
• g. If number registration is performed under a company name, a company registration certificate along with a passport or ID copy should be provided.
• h. A letter of intent (LOI) should be provided.
• i. If number registration is performed using personal details, the end user’s date and place of birth should be provided.
• j. If number registration is performed under personal details, the national tax code should be provided; if it is performed under a company name, the VAT number and the signatory’s tax code should be provided.
• k. Invoice from an Austrian internet provider for internet access with fixed IP, or an invoice from an Austrian network operator on an address within the same region as the prefix of the DID, issued to the end customer.
• m. Outbound calls from this number/CLI are not permitted.
• n. The headquarters address of the content provider must be provided.
• o. For business use, a copy of the business representative’s ID is required. Any other ID is not acceptable.
• p. A Letter of Authorization or Power of Attorney needs to be filled in and signed. The document will be provided by Telnyx.
• q. Date and place of birth of the local representative.
• r. For business use, a copy of the ID of the number user’s contact person must be presented.
• s. For private use, a copy of the passport of the number user’s contact person must be presented. Any other ID will not be accepted.
• t. A copy of the company registration (in the local language or English) and a copy of ID must be sent to the operator for verification.
• u. A forecast of the expected traffic must be provided.
• v. The number may only be used for conference call services.
• w. Terminating traffic to destinations within Vietnam itself is not permitted.
• x. The content provider’s URL and the content URL (if different from the content provider’s website) must be provided. If it is not clear that the content website belongs to the content provider, they must sign a declaration that it is theirs.
• y. Copy of the official tax ID issued by the Turkish government.
• z. Copy of the list of authorised corporate signatories filed with the Turkish government.

Special Notes

Due to local regulations in individual countries, voice calls that carry a local CLI (Caller Line Identification) of the destination country, or that carry no CLI at all, may be rejected by local operators. Operators do this to protect their subscribers from unwanted, malicious, or spoofed calls, since calls with a local CLI should not be entering a country through its international exchanges.

Unfortunately, due to the large number of network operators and each country’s changing regulations, such calls may stop working without prior notice. For that reason, we recommend using an international CLI, or one from a country other than the destination country, for your calls.
